The multi faceted growth, wider audience, student dedication and parental support encouraged it to put Srijan into an institutional format and introduced class structures: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses in Indian classical dance, Kathak and Indian folk dances. These courses are taught in weekly sessions, in the dace studio. In Srijan, students face the challenge of appearing in annual tests. Subsequently, Annual certificates of Learning Achievement and awards for excellence are distributed.

The Srijan dance center is a premier dance organization, which has been around for almost a decade. It is held up by the hard work and dedication of many who believe in and follow what this organization truly stands for.
